THE ROLELove building things fast and figuring out what works?Curious about AI and excited to push the boundaries of what's possible?We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Strategy team.You'll be our rapid prototyper---turning ideas into working features, testing what resonates, and handing off polished concepts to engineering for the full build.It's part builder, part thinker, and a whole lot of experimentation.You'll work directly with the VP of Strategy and collaborate across product, engineering, and AI teams to bring new features to life quickly.If you're resourceful, creative, and love the thrill of "let's just try it and see," you'll thrive here.WHAT YOU' LL DO:Build fully functioning feature prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code and our platformTest, iterate, and refine ideas with real users before they hit full productionWork backwards from customer problems to design solutions that actually solve themCollaborate with engineers to hand off working prototypes for implementationStay curious about AI capabilities and explore creative ways to leverage themBASIC QUALIFICATIONSA knack for figuring things out---you don't need to know code, but you're not afraid to tinkerStrong product intuition and a bias toward action over perfectionExperience building, prototyping, or problem-solving in scrappy environmentsExcellent communication skills---you can explain what you built and why it mattersGenuine interest in AI and emerging tools (exposure is a plus, enthusiasm is a must)Bonus points for finance experience, but not requiredBonus points if you've worked with automation tools, no-code platforms, or AI assistantsWhy Street Diligence?We're The Deal Nerds making sense of complex contracts so our clients don't have to.But we're also builders who believe the best way to know if something works is to build it and test it.We move fast, we experiment often, and we're not afraid to try the unconventional approach.If you love the zero-to-one phase and want to shape how AI transforms financial intelligence, come join the crew.
