About IDPAbout IDPAt International Digital Partners (IDP), we connect top global talent with fast-growing, innovative companies.We are a fully remote, multicultural team focused on delivering real value to our clients through technology, consulting, and digital execution.Our mission is to build world-class technical teams, and that's where you come in.About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Recruiter, highly experienced, self-driven, and multilingual, to join our international Talent Acquisition team.This is a key role in helping us scale technical teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.You'll own full-cycle recruitment for high-demands technical roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles : intake, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiationScreen and assess candidates, both on soft skills and basic technical fitSource talent proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing platformsMaintain clear, professional communication in English and SpanishBuild and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates across multiple regions and time zonesEnsure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboardingContribute to process improvement and employer branding initiativesRequirementsMust-Haves3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven success in international or remote hiringSolid understanding of tech stacks, tools, and roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, QA)Fluency (B2) in English is a mustFluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not requiredExperience using ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal, Greenhouse, Bullhorn) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, multicultural environmentStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindsetNice-to-HavesBackground in tech consulting or staffingExperience hiring across LATAM, U.S., and EuropeKnowledge of international hiring models (contracting, nearshoring, etc.)Familiarity with Agile environments and distributed tech teamsWhat We OfferFully remote, international working environmentSupportive, multicultural team and collaborative cultureAccess to innovative global projects with high impactContinuous learning and growth opportunities#J-*****-Ljbffr
