Endpoint Management Technical Consultant (English Required)We are looking for a Technical Consultant specialized in Endpoint Management to support enterprise clients in designing and optimizing secure device strategies using Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Configuration Manager.This role requires hands-on experience and strategic guidance in modern device management and security.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement endpoint management strategies using Intune and ConfigMgr in hybrid or cloud-native environmentsConfigure and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) for threat detection, response, and reportingSupport device compliance, conditional access, and security baselines aligned with organizational policiesLead client workshops and assessments to evaluate endpoint security posture and recommend improvementsAssist in the migration from traditional management (ConfigMgr) to modern management (Intune)Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirementsDocument technical solutions, policies, and procedures for client enablement and operational excellenceQualificationsProven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), MDE, and Configuration Manager (SCCM)Strong understanding of endpoint protection, compliance policies, and zero trust principlesExperience with Windows Autopilot, co-management, and hybrid join scenariosFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Defender portal and integration with other security toolsAbility to deliver client-facing workshops, assessments, and technical documentationKnowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and policy deployment is a plusMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-200, or MS-500 are desirableFluency in English is requiredAbout YouExceptional communicationConflict resolution and decision-making skills in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsWhat You'll DoDesign and implement endpoint management strategies using Intune and ConfigMgr in hybrid or cloud-native environmentsConfigure and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) for threat detection, response, and reportingSupport device compliance, conditional access, and security baselines aligned with organizational policiesLead client workshops and assessments to evaluate endpoint security posture and recommend improvementsAssist in the migration from traditional management (ConfigMgr) to modern management (Intune)Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirementsDocument technical solutions, policies, and procedures for client enablement and operational excellenceSeniority and Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
