Global Feasibility Lead Job SummaryThis position plays a pivotal role in operational strategy and planning through active participation in strategic development conversations, data collection, analysis, and feasibility strategy creation.Main Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Support the development, interpretation, and presentation of primary and secondary data for operational strategy and planning.Research and Data Mining: Conduct thorough research of internal and external databases to collect primary data for global clinical trials.Proposal Development and Defense: Participate in proposal development and bid defenses, providing recommendations on data use and identifying potential risks.Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Actively engage with cross-functional teams for proposal planning and client management.Bid Review and Management: Review proposals and budgets as a bidder reviewer.Feasibility Reporting and Presentations: Lead cross-functional teams in standalone feasibility efforts, creating final reports and presenting findings to clients.Networking and Process Improvement: Develop networking skills, work globally, and lead process improvement and special projects within Feasibility.Mentorship and Best Practices: Contribute to best practices for feasibility conduct and mentor junior team members.
