Key Business Partner - Commercial Finance ExpertThis is a senior-level role that requires a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in commercial finance.As a key business partner, you will drive profitable growth by collaborating closely with our commercial and sales teams.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager who can deliver actionable financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.You will support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.Financial Insights:Delve into profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to guide strategic decision-making.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.Skills: Strong business acumen and commercial mindset; ability to translate financial insights into business action.Language: Fluency in professional-level English is required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.Tools:Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.Microsoft PowerPoint: Experience with PowerPoint is preferred.SAP and Hyperion (HFM): Experience with SAP and Hyperion (HFM) is a plus.
