**Who we are?**We are a global leader and trusted partner focused on developing, manufacturing and distributing agricultural solutions with our brands Challenger®, Fendt®, GSI®, Massey Ferguson® and Valtra®, powered by Fuse® and Precision Planting® smart agricultural solutions.Our purpose is to offer farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world.Our core values of transparency, respect, responsibility, integrity and team spirit underpin our work, how we interact with each other and what strategies we employ to fulfill our mission.Our core values are the practices we use daily in everything we do.If the world of agriculture changes, so do we.With courage.We do this for the farmers.For the people who work for them.For us.For the future.Join us and experience our platform of global diversity and entrepreneurial spirit as you help us create innovative technologies and positively impact the food of nearly 8 billion people worldwide.**What we are looking for**:The key responsibility of the Technical Information Specialist is to support and facilitate high quality technical information for our customers and dealer technicians.Technical Information includes Work Shop Manuals, Operators Manuals, Assembly Instructions, Schematics and more).In this role, you will lead Technical Information projects and act as liason between all the AGCO SME's, the authoring teams and our customers and dealers to ensure success.AGCO utilizes third party authors to ensure high quality technical information following global standards to ensure consistency, maximize reuse and minimize translation costs.Information is created in Simplified Technical English (STE) and then translated through our partners to required languages to support the global business of AGCO.A large part of the role is working with the various SME's (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Marketing, etc.) to gather and distribute information relevant to the production of technical information.This includes information within engineering systems, technical data, CAD, marketing information etc.) and where appropriate updating/inputting information in project management and content management systems for use by the content creation provider.Following projects from conception through completion in the AGCO Major Product Introduction Process (AMPIP) and through the product lifecycle will be required to ensure any Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) are actioned appropriately, the ATL updated if needed and the change highlighted and escalated to the content creation provider.Technical review of the authored content in collaboration with the relevant SME's to ensure the technical accuracy and usefulness of the information is also a key responsibility, before sign off, to allow topics/chapters to go forward to translation/release processes.Initiate workflow to release technical information in AGCO Digital Tools with Global Release Team (GRT).Ensure the released information is available and correctly displayed in the relevant digital tools and print shops.The scope of the work is to develop information for the Agricultural Products, modules / components or Digital Products as assigned.There will also be process responsibility in support of the Global teams.A Customer first, Digital first and Global mindset is required.This role has a direct impact on AGCO key results (70%) Net Promotor Score, (75%) employee engagement, (45%) Return on Net Assets.**What are you going to do**:- Develop Operators Manual (OM) Annotated Topic List (ATL).- Develop Work Shop Manual (WSM) Annotated Topic List (ATL).- Develop Assembly Instruction (AI) Annotated Topic List (ATL).- Identification of re-use topics, collating and checking information from various stakeholders for sharing and delivery to the content creation provider.- Access Engineering Systems and upload material for Content creation provider to access on Project Link.- Upon Content creation provide's request update ATLs if information is insufficient.- Translate ECNs into publication comments and update ATLs.- Publish and distributed P2 drafts per AMPIP project and local requirements (OM, WSM, FCT, AI).- Deliver the P2 document drafts to the required parties, drives, folders, etc.- Review of output delivered from Content creation provider.- Request shared review of output delivered from Content creation provider to ensure technical accuracy, completeness and is the information required by our customers or dealer technicians.- Deliver review comments to content creation provider - Review revised output delivered from content creation provider.If revised output is sufficient then advise content creation provider it is ok to move the publication to Quality Control check 1.- Review the Quality Control output report from AGCO GRT team.- Create rework request to content creation provider if necessary.- Update ATL for latest known translation requirements - Globa
