OverviewWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $110,000 per yearOpportunity for career advancement and professional developmentFlexible remote work arrangement availableComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k)Competitive compensation with potential for restricted stock units as part of the packageSupportive work environment that encourages collaboration and mentorshipWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cyclePerform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition AssessmentsEngage with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and maintain client communicationClearly communicate project expectations to team members and staffIdentify and resolve project issues, deliver progress reports, and manage client follow-up and concernsWhat is Required (Qualifications)A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.)5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutionsExtensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment processHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formatsExperience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reportingFamiliarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineeringProven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality results on timeWorking knowledge of Quire (report writing platform)#RealEstate #EngineeringServices #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork #QualityAssuranceWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
