About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and software development methodologies, with a proven track record of designing, developing and maintaining complex .NET/C# based applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Exceptional problem solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders and non-technical persons and also collaborating well within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Shows a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this role:6+ years of experience as backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Can design RESTful APIs, architect software systems (taking into consideration scalability, maintainability and performance).Emphasizes the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiar with design patterns, microservices, event driven architecture and other software design principles.Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD and deployments pipelines).Utilizes tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for development and deployment.Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.BenefitsWe offer the following benefits:Flexible working hours.Fully remote position, with the opportunity to travel to the US.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies.You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic and supportive environment.
