Job Description:Location: Fully remoteStart Date: ASAPLanguages: English is mandatoryJoin the Mineo Team Were HiringAt Mineo, were creating the future of recruitment with an innovative platform powered by artificial intelligence.Our AI-driven solution is designed to connect top talent with companies worldwide, optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency, speed, and precision.As we continue to develop and enhance our platform, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our fully remote team and help shape the future of hiring with cutting-edge technology.Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (React / / Python / Fast API) - RemoteYour Role: As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Mineo, youll be part of a dynamic team working to enhance our AI-powered platform.You will contribute to developing intelligent features, solving complex challenges, and refining algorithms that improve talent matching and streamline recruitment for businesses globally.Key Responsibilities:Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and for frontend components.Design and implement efficient backend services using Python and FastAPI, with MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas) for data storage.Utilize AWS services such as Amplify, S3, EC2, and demonstrate familiarity with Auto Scaling/Elastic Beanstalk for effective application deployment and management.Create and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs, prioritizing reliability and scalability.Integrate real-time communication features using WebSockets to support interactive functionalities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure code quality through rigorous git practices, conducting thorough code reviews, and adhering to best practices.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience as a developerProficiency in React and for frontend development.Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend services.Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including MongoDB Atlas.Knowledge of AWS services like Amplify, S3, EC2, and familiarity with Auto Scaling/Elastic Beanstalk.Solid understanding of RESTful API development principles.Experience implementing real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.Familiarity with Chakra UI.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience managing full lifecycle software development projects.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments.Strong grasp of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.Why Join Us?Fully remote work collaborate with a global team.Be part of an innovative company at the forefront of AI-driven recruitment.Competitive salary and flexible work hours.Opportunities for personal and professional growth in an exciting tech space.Ready to make an impact?Apply now and help us revolutionize the future of recruitment with AI
