Você será o guardião do funil comercial da Zinnia, cuidando da jornada de ponta a ponta – do inbound que chega pelo WhatsApp, Direct do Instagram e site, até o outbound estruturado para novos clientes e mercados.
Seu papel será unir vendas + dados + criatividade para potencializar resultados junto ao time de marketing interno e nossa agência digital.O que você vai fazer no dia a diaGerenciar o pipeline de vendas online (WhatsApp, Direct, e-commerce, leads inbound).
Atuar também no outbound, prospectando clientes e oportunidades B2C e B2B.Trabalhar lado a lado com o marketing e agência digital para desenhar campanhas e ofertas matadoras.Monitorar dados de conversão, ticket médio e CAC, propondo ajustes rápidos e eficazes.Criar playbooks e rituais comerciais para elevar a performance do time.Garantir uma experiência premium em cada contato com o cliente.O que buscamos em vocêEnergia comercial + inteligência analítica.Experiência em vendas digitais e omnichannel (WhatsApp, Direct, e-commerce).
