We're passionate about empowering individuals and businesses worldwide.A leading player in the field of data analysis, we connect top talent with industry leaders to foster a dynamic environment where innovation thrives.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for transforming raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – into actionable insights that drive business decisions.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to obtain the required data.Cleansing and refining data to create visually appealing Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards that meet requirements.Presenting findings and gathering feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.Deploying data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Providing technical training to team members.Maintaining and documenting the operational environment.Maintaining and processing SQL Server stored procedures and queries.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.A solid grasp of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes of the database) and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).Advanced English language proficiency.
