Security Manager

Position TitleSecurity ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of the company's overall security work, developing and improving security management systems and emergency response plans.Organize, manage, and train the security team to enhance their professionalism and service levels.Oversee security patrols, access control, and surveillance system operations to ensure the safety of company property and employees.Deploy security arrangements and risk prevention measures for major events, key departments, and critical areas.Coordinate the handling of emergencies and safety incidents, and report promptly to superiors.Responsible for communication and liaison with government, public security, fire, and other relevant departments, cooperating in inspection and guidance work.Carry out regular safety inspections and hazard detection, and implement corrective measures.Prepare security work plans, summaries, and related reports to continuously improve security management.RequirementsCollege degree or above, preferably in safety management, public security, or a related field.At least 5 years of security work experience, including at least 2 years in security management.Familiarity with national security laws, regulations, and related policies, with a strong sense of risk prevention.Ability to handle emergencies and manage emergencies.Strong organizational, coordination, team management, and communication skills.Healthy, responsible, and adaptable to high-pressure and irregular work schedules.Preferred pointsVeterans or those with a background in public security or firefighting are preferred.Experience in security management for large enterprises, industrial parks, shopping malls, or hotels.Experience in security system development and fire drill organization.
