About us:Smarter Contact is the #1 messaging platform for real estate professionals in the U.S. Our SaaS product powers millions of conversations to close more deals through smart SMS, voice, and automation.We're a fast-growing SaaS with serious traction — and now we're hiring an experiencedFull Stack Engineer to build the internal systems, dev tools, and automation that keep our team moving fast and scaling smarter.If you get excited about clean abstractions, developer productivity, and building tools that make everyone's life better — we want to talk.What You'll Own:Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systemsBuild and maintain configuration management systems across multiple environmentsCreate simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrationsDevelop and optimize Chrome extensions that improve internal workflowsBuild internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial dataCreate a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support loadImplement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observabilityCollaborate with developers, product, and ops to deliver tools that actually get usedContribute to the architecture and design of our internal systems and servicesWhat We're Looking For7+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience2+ years building platform, infrastructure, or internal toolsHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and SQLProven experience with GraphQL APIs, REST, and WebHooksFamiliar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience creating mock/test environments for external APIsStrong communicator — able to explain ideas clearly and align with cross-functional teamsYou care deeply about developer experience, clean architecture, and high-leverage work? Bonus Points (Not Required)Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)Background in SaaS, especially cloud-native architectureFamiliarity with observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus)Experience integrating with CRMs — especially HubSpotKnowledge of Twilio or similar communication APIs??
