Compliance Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team.As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:SOC 2 Compliance Management: The Compliance Analyst will achieve and maintain SOC 2 compliance through scoping, evidence collection, control implementation, and audit preparation.Vanta Platform Utilization: Leverage Vanta's AI and automation tools for compliance workflows, monitor controls, and manage vendor risk assessments.Continuous Monitoring: Implement ongoing adherence to SOC 2 requirements and other frameworks (e.g., ISO *****, GDPR).Policy Development: Develop and update security and compliance policies, procedures, and documentation within Vanta's centralized platform.Vendor Risk Management: Assess and monitor third-party vendors with Vanta's Vendor Risk Management solution.Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors for smooth SOC 2 audits with real-time evidence and reporting from Vanta's tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate compliance requirements into SaaS product development and operations with engineering, IT, and product teams.Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on SOC 2 compliance and best practices for maintaining a secure SaaS environment.Reporting and Metrics: Track compliance metrics, generate reports, and communicate the company's security posture with Vanta's features.
