landing page creation and optimization function.The RoleWe're seeking a battle-tested WordPress Developer & Landing Page Team Lead who has personally managed the technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns with millions of dollars in ad spend.This isn't a role for someone who's built a few landing pages—we need someone who has been THE person responsible for ensuring every pixel fires correctly, every form submits properly, and every dollar of ad spend has a clear path to conversion tracking.You'll lead a team of two WordPress developers, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining the exacting standards required when significant marketing budgets are on the line.You'll be the technical bridge between our marketing campaigns (primarily Meta, but across various channels) and our HubSpot CRM, ensuring flawless data flow and attribution tracking.Core ResponsibilitiesLanding Page Development & Campaign ExecutionDesign, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from Meta, Google, and other advertising platformsOwn the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launchEnsure pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiencesImplement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios including server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attributionOptimize landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion ratesConduct A / B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance dataHubSpot Integration & Data ManagementBuild and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRMEnsure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronizationImplement and validate proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpotCreate custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectivesTroubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure marketing attribution accuracyTechnical Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of two WordPress developersManage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaignsEstablish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practicesConduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedbackCreate project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaign assetsServe as the escalation point for complex technical challengesQuality Assurance & Risk ManagementImplement rigorous QA processes, before any campaign launch.Verify all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly across devices and browsersMaintain detailed documentation of tracking implementations and technical specificationsProactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact campaign performanceEnsure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all tracking implementationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional WordPress development experienceDirect experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with $1M+ in total ad spendMust have been the PRIMARY person responsible for landing page build and campaign launch (not just a contributor on a larger team)Portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages you've personally built and deployedTechnical ExpertiseProven experience implementing Git-based version control (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket) and configuring Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines for WordPress.Must be proficient in automating deployment across environments (Dev, Staging, Prod) and integrating unit and end-to-end tests into the workflow.Expert-level WordPress development skills including ACF.Gutenberg, custom theme development, plugin customization, and advanced page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar)Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel implementation, and Conversions APIProven experience with HubSpot CRM integration, forms, and tracking implementationStrong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery, and PHPExperience with VueJS is a plusExperience with conversion tracking pixels across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking implementationsUnderstanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and conversion
