End Point Management Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced end point management professional to lead our team in maintaining and securing corporate devices.This is a remote position that requires a leader with a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of end point engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.Oversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS end points using NinjaOne.Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Ensure end points meet compliance requirements.Develop and implement end point security policies and procedures.Manage vendor relationships with end point management and security solution providers.Respond to and troubleshoot complex end point issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvement.Create and maintain documentation for end point standards and processes.Collaborate with security and IT teams to implement end point protection strategies.Monitor end point health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Coordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.Lead incident response efforts for end point-related security events.Requirements:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams.5+ years of hands-on end point management experience.Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar end point management platforms.Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.Demonstrated experience automating end point management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar.Deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA).Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries.Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similar.Experience with zero-trust security models and end point detection and response (EDR) tools.Experience with automation tools and scripting for large-scale deployments.Background in implementing self-service IT solutions.Work Environment:This is a fully remote position.Must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones.On-call rotation participation may be required for critical issue.
