Key job responsibilities
Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
Work closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
Recommend the most suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
Track and report development results, analysis, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Demonstrate a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Drive measurable results that contribute to the sustained growth of the Brazil Marketplace
