About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Developer to lead our mobile application development initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, proficiency in Kotlin, and experience with modern UI design.The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications, collaborating on cross-platform initiatives, analyzing and optimizing high-volume mobile systems, and leading development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products responding to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures ensuring high-quality user experiences.Requirements5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Experience with Android Launcher is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Strong architecture design skills building reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.
