Currently ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers.
Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden.
In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation for our consultants.
In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it.
Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in multiple countries.

Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden; build trust.Collaborate with global recruiting teams and Swedish delivery management for relocation.Coordinate visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related arrangements.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of a number of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a \"no\" as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.

Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
