The role is to join as an AI Tutor in Salesforce to collaborate on projects that improve GenAI models and address specialized questions with advanced reasoning.ResponsibilitiesDefine data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them;Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc;advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning;Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly;Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.);Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processesRequirementsYou have a Bachelor's Degree in any field.You have at least 3 years of experience working with SalesforceYou have advanced level of English (C1 or higher)You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challengeBenefitsGet paid for your expertise, with rates that can go up to $15/hour depending on your skills, experience, and project needsCollaborate in a part-time, remote, freelance project that fits around your primary professional or academic commitments.Work on advanced AI projects and gain valuable experience to enhance your portfolio.Influence how future AI models understand and communicateAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mindrift by 2xWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
