Arquiteto Corporativo PlenoAtuação híbrida no Rio de Janeiro/RJ ou São Paulo/SP (2x/sem presencial)Modelo de contratação PJ ou CooperadoRequisitos:• Experiência prévia como desenvolvedor(a) com histórico sólido em engenharia de software.• Atuação comprovada em grandes empresas com estruturas corporativas complexas.• Domínio do framework TOGAF (preferência por profissionais certificados).• Conhecimento prático dos modelos do TM Forum:o e TOM – Processos de negócioo TAM – Mapa de aplicaçõeso SID – Modelo de dados corporativos• Experiência com arquitetura orientada a capacidades, transformação digital e modernização de sistemas.• Vivência em arquitetura orientada a serviços (SOA), microsserviços, EDA e integrações baseadas em API.Principais Responsabilidades:• Definir e evoluir os modelos de Arquitetura Corporativa com base em TOGAF e TM Forum (e TOM, TAM, SID).• Mapear e manter o Business Capability Model, incluindo o relacionamento com aplicações, dados e tecnologias.• Conduzir análises de impacto e propostas de racionalização do portfólio de sistemas e tecnologias.• Liderar a construção e disseminação de artefatos de arquitetura corporativa para apoiar decisões estratégicas de negócio e tecnologia.• Atuar como elo entre estratégia, produto e engenharia, garantindo alinhamento entre o plano corporativo e as iniciativas digitais.• Estabelecer e manter padrões, princípios e guias de referência para todos os domínios arquiteturais.• Participar ativamente de fóruns de governança, arquitetura de solução e avaliação de tecnologias emergentes.• Apoiar a adoção e o uso de ferramentas de arquitetura corporativa (ex: Lean IX, Alfabet, Sparx EA, Archi).Maiores detalhes serão fornecidos durante entrevista técnica com o cliente.
