We work closely with international teams and partners, building technology that makes a difference.Learn more: team is seeking a standout AI Engineering talent to join their fast-paced environment and drive progress in the development of AI models and the overall AI architecture that will power the company.They operate with agility and a strong emphasis on proactivity, communication, collaboration, ownership, technical excellence, and execution.What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)Design and build multi-agent AI systems and production-ready agentic backends.Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.Apply advanced prompt engineering, grounding, and context management techniques.Work across the full agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.Contribute across the stack using TypeScript.Lead model fine-tuning and the development of scalable AI solutions.Requirements4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist)Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow).
Experience with production-grade agentic backends, including monitoring, memory management, and logging.Strong expertise building RAG-based systems.Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.Experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains.Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management.Strong awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem.Resides in LATAMNice to HaveSolid understanding of linear algebra, differential math, statistics, and AI-focused computer science algorithms.Experience across the entire AI development cycle: from data discovery and exploratory analysis to model development, testing, pipeline creation, and MLOps.Background working in Azure-based MLOps workflows.Experience working in start-up or fast-paced environments.React 18 - 19Benefits100% remoteLong-term commitment, with autonomy and impactStrategic and high-visibility role in a modern engineering cultureCollaborative international team and strong technical leadershipClear path to growth and leadership within CoderioWhy join Coderio?
