We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to supercharge prospecting efforts by managing data tasks, research, and sourcing—freeing up our SDR to focus on outreach and booking qualified meetings.The RoleYou will act as the SDR's right hand, helping build laser-targeted lead lists, enrich data, source candidate and client profiles, and pull key insights from tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and internal CRM platforms.
This is a critical support role that ensures our sales team runs like a machine.Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect Research & List BuildingBuild and maintain ICP-aligned lead lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.Segment accounts by industry, title, location, company size, and hiring signalsTag and categorize leads in CRM (Crelate)Profile Sourcing & Data EnrichmentPull contact data (email, phone, LinkedIn URL) for decision-makers and candidatesIdentify hiring triggers, open roles, and org changes at target companiesMaintain data hygiene across prospecting tools and Google SheetsReporting & Intelligence GatheringTrack outreach results, email open/reply rates, and campaign dataCompile competitor hiring trends, market intelligence, and company snapshotsSales Tool SupportUpdate and maintain sequences in SourceWhaleAssist with CRM tagging, campaign prep, and daily dashboard upkeepCapture meeting notes and pre-call research for SDR briefingsSales Tool SupportWrite and edit outbound email sequences and campaign messaging tailored to target personasEnroll leads into SourceWhale campaigns and monitor performanceUpdate and maintain sequences, ensuring contacts are accurately added and taggedAssist with CRM tagging, campaign prep, and daily dashboard upkeepCapture meeting notes and pre-call research for SDR briefingsTools You'll UseCrelate (ATS/CRM)SourceWhale (Sales automation)ZoomInfo / ContactOut (Data enrichment)LinkedIn Premium / Sales NavigatorGoogle Sheets, Docs, and DriveSlack + internal comms toolsWho You Are2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Admin in a B2B environmentFamiliar with sourcing and data research for outbound sales or recruitingHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and data accuracyProactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal oversightComfortable with fast-paced, metric-driven environmentsStrong English communication skills (written + verbal)Bonus Points If You HaveExperience supporting staffing or recruiting teamsExperience with HubSpot, Crelate, or Outreach.ioFamiliarity with SaaS, B2B consulting, or enterprise sales cyclesWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly or monthly compensation (based on experience and scope)Clear path to long-term, full-time role with growth potentialFlexible working hoursTraining and mentorship from a seasoned SDR and Managing DirectorRemote-first, collaborative team culture
