Training and Development RoleJoin our team to develop your skills in training and development, with this senior role.You will be responsible for creating engaging learning programs that drive measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Design end-to-end training programs with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Author content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions.Develop targeted learning interventions to address performance barriers.Build post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings.Own key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-perform and training completion rates.Develop career development pathways to accelerate internal mobility.Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives align strategically with department goals.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs.Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently.
