OverviewProgram Manager, Paid Services, Marketplace – AmazonJoin to apply for the Program Manager, Paid Services, Marketplace role at Amazon.The SAS organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses.ResponsibilitiesManages the lifecycle of complex initiatives, working tactically and strategically to deliver processes that will delight SPsEstablishes/simplifies processes to ensure the program meets customer needs and audit mechanisms (e.g. metrics, reporting)Partner with ISS Paid Services Program teams and RBS Node leadership to prioritize features across the product roadmap, based on the marketplace strategy for continuous innovation in the AMPS program offeringWorks closely to commercial team to design the best solution to not only delight SPs, but also to make marketplace consultants job more efficientDrives program meetings across 3P org, producing detailed documents to support discussionBasic QualificationsKnowledge of SQLKnowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicationsCompany & EEOOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
