OverviewWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote) candidate that reside in Brazil to join the fast-moving global team at High Tide Inc., one of the largest cannabis and accessories companies in the world.
Our brand portfolio includes Smoke Cartel, Grasscity, Daily High Club, Canna Cabana, and others — with e-commerce sites operating across North America and Europe.This is a high-impact role that blends strategic coordination with hands-on marketing execution.
You'll take the lead in keeping projects on track — ensuring homepage banners, paid ad campaigns, web updates, and loyalty promos are executed seamlessly and on schedule.
From leading competitive website research and identifying must-have features from a marketing perspective, to driving loyalty initiatives forward, you'll be at the center of campaign execution and digital marketing strategy.If you're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — with experience managing timelines, managing paid ad performance, and collaborating cross-functionally — this role will give you the scope to shine and grow within a dynamic team.Important: While this role is open to applicants across any location in Brazil, High Tide brands do not operate or market in Brazil.
This role will support our global markets in North America and Europe.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoCoordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns from brief to executionManage homepage banners and ensure on-site promotions are reflected accurately and on timeWork with the design team to proof and QA Figma files before web development hand-offSubmit and follow up on web development tickets, audit site changes post-launchPaid ads management: provide creative briefs, upload creatives, monitor campaign performanceProject manage large-scale website initiatives: lead marketing-side research and oversee internal coordination with design, compliance, and developmentCoordinate and manage surveys, giveaways, and loyalty coupon rolloutsDrive innovation with our Cabana Club and ELITE loyalty programs: audit performance, benchmark competitors, and assist in campaign planning, propose new strategiesCollaborate with the Email Marketing team on loyalty flows, segmentation ideas, and re-engagement strategyMaintain strong organization and visibility into timelines and team deliverablesQualificationsWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerceStrong project management skills and cross-functional coordination experienceComfortable managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing with support from channel specialistsFamiliarity with web QA, Figma reviews, and working with development teamsDetail-oriented with strong written English and task ownershipAble to handle fast turnarounds, shifting priorities, and multiple brand voicesBonus: Experience with Shopify, or marketing automation platformsBonus: Familiarity with loyalty programs, segmentation strategies, or customer journey mappingWhy Join High TideBe part of one of the largest global cannabis and accessories companiesWork with a portfolio of exciting, category-leading e-commerce brandsJoin a collaborative, international team that values speed, ownership, and creativityHave visibility into high-level strategy while owning critical execution touchpointsFully remote role with flexibility and meaningful impactHow to ApplyTo apply, please submit:Your resume in English(Optional) Any relevant portfolio or example campaigns that reflect your digital marketing experienceAbout UsHigh Tide Inc.is the leading community-grown, retail-forward cannabis enterprise engineered to unleash the full value of the world's most powerful plant and is the second-largest cannabis retailer globally by store count7.
