Construction Software Implementation SpecialistJoin to apply for the Construction Software Implementation Specialist role at RemoteVARemoteVA PH is seeking a Construction Software Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and optimizing construction project management software to support internal operations and ensure smooth project execution.If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of construction workflows, we'd love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread)Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentationCreate standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reportsBuild and refine internal workflows aligned with project processesOrganize and integrate digital project files within the systemCollaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world executionMaintain internal documentation and user guides for best practicesQualificationsAt least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configurationProficiency in Excel and data organizationStrong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting)Comfortable working in a non-client-facing roleExcellent attention to detailBonus: SOP creation, automation tools (Zapier/Make), knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello, basic API or CSV manipulationBenefits100% Remote – Work from homeCollaborate with a dynamic internal operations teamOpportunity to grow in the construction tech spaceHow to ApplySend your CV and portfolio to: ******#J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
