Job DescriptionAs a seasoned operations professional, you will drive efficiency gains within InComm's Financial Information Systems.You will apply your analytical expertise and technical knowledge to foster collaboration across teams involved in delivering our services globally.Key responsibilities include providing regular status updates, promoting idea generation and cross-functional collaboration, following established processes and protocols for data enrichment technologies, communicating data requirements, sharing process changes, escalating data inconsistencies, tracking and logging issues, managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple assignments, enforcing workflows, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements for Finance Data Administration tasks.RequirementsWe are seeking self-motivated individuals who can influence others, think strategically, and adapt quickly.Strong business acumen and technical background are essential, along with effective time management and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to multitask and work collaboratively.Experience and QualificationsCandidates should have 1+ years of experience in the prepaid product industry, preferably with exposure to Finance, Accounting, or Data Management.A solid technical background and ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practices are also required.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred.
