Souring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team in Brazil.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product pipeline by ensuring a balance of cost efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market, while upholding sustainability and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics categories.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure competitive advantages.Collaborate with design, merchandising, and product development teams to launch new products.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Ensure supplier compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability requirements.Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier selection to product delivery.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with both local and international suppliers.Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record in sourcing, procurement, or buying within fashion, beauty, or cosmetics.Strong supplier network and market knowledge in Brazil and LATAM.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly preferred).
