Job Title: Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) ConsultantAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) Consultant to join our team.As a consultant, you will be responsible for designing systems and services on D365 platforms, leading technical teams to achieve cloud transformation goals, and coaching team members for success in challenging environments.Solution Design and Engineering: You will assist with system design and engineering using Microsoft CRM, Azure Features, and .net technologies.Requirement Gathering: You will interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.Perform POCs for new business requirements and work closely with business to convert POCs to working models.Creation of process flows, system tasks, customizing and configuring Microsoft CRM applications as per designed artifacts.Project Engineer for the development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM applications, overseeing other developers' deliverables.Support Quality Assurance during testing and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Support production systems, analyze and resolve business-critical issues within SLA timelines.Evaluate tools and technologies to improve business processes and benefit customers.Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to keep main systems up-to-date.Create and manage dynamics sandbox/production environments in power platform based on project needs.Review implementation designs/architectures proposed by implementation teams and provide recommendations for best practices.Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases across multiple divisions, applying changes.Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments, configure stage-based approvals.Support production systems, analyze and resolve business-critical issues reported by project teams.Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.Evaluate tools and technologies to improve business processes and benefit customers.Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to keep main D365 systems up-to-date.Implement best practices for D365 and define governance for Power Platform systems.Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to peers and team members.
