Job description: Providing technical support for internal and external NX interfaces for blade related requests Technical evaluation of blade related findings (e.g. inspection reports, repair reports) and derivation of measures as 1st level technical support.Communication of the measures to the respective interface.Technical and coordinative interface for NX internal and external interfaces Provide internal technical trainings Creating and reviewing technical documentation (e.g. knowledge article) Job requirements: Professional technical education in the blade sector Proven experience in the field of inspection and repair of blades the wind industry Advanced knowledge of production processes and materials of blades Experience in operational blade service business Highest degree of willingness to provide services Excellent ability to work independent and efficient with minimum supervision Excellent communicator with strong English skills (fluent spoken and written) Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills Safe handling of MS Office, SAP and other project-related software desirable Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in an international, performance-oriented and diverse team Willingness to travel to construction sites from time to time Capability to comprehend and adapt to rapidly changing technologies Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and engineers Proficiency with Health and Safety procedures/ methods such as fall protection awareness, basic site induction, basic understanding of hazardous materials (MSDN) Familiarity with general procedures such as inspection and repair of blades and quality management Familiarity with several tools such as working platforms The manufacture of wind farms in the onshore segment has been our main competence and passion for over 35 years.With more than 28 GW of installed capacity worldwide, our turbines provide sustainable energy to more than 80% of the global energy market and we are one of the largest companies in the wind sector.We are present in more than 25 markets and have production facilities in Germany, Spain, Brazil, USA, Mexico and India offering our more than 6,500 employees the opportunity for international and intercultural cooperation.We are growing and driving together the expansion of renewable energies around the world.If you wish, you can be part of our team.If you are passionate about renewable energies, you love working as a team and share our values of integrity, companionship, respect and entrepreneurship.We would like you to be part of it
