Responsibilities
Replace manual processes with automated workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
Analyze and manage trade-related data to support compliance and reporting needs.
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Integrate systems through APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance screening.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data handling.
Support the implementation of global trade compliance programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in data management, automation, or analytics.
Entry-level experience in trade compliance—or a strong willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Lists
SAP, Ariba, Workday Learning, Atlas
Lexis Nexis / DPL Screening
ServiceNow or GLPI
Basic HTML/CSS
API integration (highly valued)
