We are seeking a seasoned engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge cloud and container technologies using Python as the primary programming language.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing project updates, mentoring team members, and communicating technical concepts clearly.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-performance cloud and container technologies leveraging Python as the main programming language.Design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions and code.Implement unit tests to enhance the software development life cycle.Investigate and resolve issues reported during testing and customer integration.Contribute to agile software development processes and collaborate with team members.Participate in the development of a highly available orchestration platform used to deploy a private cloud platform focused on 5G and distributed Edge deployments worldwide.Required Skills and QualificationsProficiency in backend development using Python.Knowledge of Linux Essentials: file systems, file permissions, users, and groups.Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Strong computer networking knowledge and transport layers (TCP/UDP/etc.).Ability to create and run simple scripts.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and experience collaborating across remote teams and time zones.Experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review tools.Desirable SkillsExperience with Kubernetes App Development and PostgreSQL as a developer.Benefits: As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your skills in cloud and container technologies.Other Opportunities: Our organization fosters a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion, providing a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
