In this role, you will be the driving force behind offline recruitment strategies, working closely with local partners and organising campaigns and events to bring new riders onboard.If you thrive in relationship-building and enjoy managing projects that deliver real impact, this is your chance to shine.What You'll Do Identify and approach potential partners for offline rider recruitment collaborations;Organise and participate in offline recruitment events and campaigns;Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners to grow recruitment channels;Track, analyse, and report recruitment performance, continuously optimising strategies;Collaborate closely with the Rider Growth Team to align recruitment efforts with business goals.What We're Looking For Proven experience in offline recruitment, field sales, or partnership development;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Strong organisational and project management capabilities;Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently;Familiarity with the local market and rider ecosystem is a plus;Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus.Why Join Us Play a vital role in expanding Keeta's rider network across Brazil;Work in a fast-growing, high-impact environment with opportunities for growth;Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams passionate about innovation and delivery;Enjoy autonomy and ownership from day one.Ready to jump in?
