OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who are in need of help.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise.This role will report to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support; own support experiences for employees via channels such as Slack and Jira.Mac-focused environment: troubleshoot, use the terminal, and manage macOS in an enterprise setting.Procure and deliver technology equipment; design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, Netsuite, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and improve identity and access management (IDP and SSO tools such as GSuite, Okta).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Respond to and resolve critical incidents and issues; manage help desk tickets and prioritize workload.Work on projects across sprints using Agile methods and tools like Jira.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; know-how to work with APIs and integrate systems.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with shipping/receiving hardware and customs.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly; excellent written communication in tickets, email and Slack.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); knowledge of OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and prioritize across multiple teams.Excellent organizational and task-management skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS.Experience using GAM and command-line interfaces for efficiency.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership mindset, adaptability in a startup/tech environment, and empathetic collaboration across functions.Benefits and EnvironmentComprehensive total rewards package, including PTO and ownership through company equity; remote work options up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Remote-first global team across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.Equal opportunity employer; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Due to high application volume, only qualified applicants will be contacted.No agencies or recruiters.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail#J-*****-Ljbffr
