Job Title: Language SpecialistWe are seeking highly skilled language professionals to contribute to the development and refinement of AI models.The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or a related field, with strong written and spoken language skills and excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models to ensure linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.Serve as a rater by providing structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and rate AI-generated outputs against established standards.Develop and curate high-quality content for AI model training.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine AI performance.Requirements:Masters degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field.Strong written and spoken language skills.Excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation.
