Job DescriptionThe SAP IBP Deployment Manager will be responsible for implementing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) technology for a specific region across all IFF businesses.The Deployment Manager sets directions, defines workplan, resources and rituals following the SAP IBP implementation methodology to implement use cases in an agile way (build models and interact with experts at the plants) working in partnership with our implementation consulting partner.We are very excited to welcome two SAP IBP Deployment Managers AMCAS : one for Supply, one for Demand.Join our teamKey responsibilitiesManage deployment of SAP IBP demand, supply scheduling as well as SIOP planningUnderstand overall business needs and "Translate" into advanced analytics (AA) language.Manage stakeholders and drive implementation of digital solutionsFinancial tracking, performance management and monitor progress over timeDesign changes needed in the organization / roles & responsibilities, capability building and change mgmt.to ensure smooth adoption of new technologiesManage complex advanced analytics, business process improvements projects and global programs at manufacturing sites & supply chainsCoordinate a multi-functional team including SAP Architects, data engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end-user stakeholdersDrive digital mindset within the organizationDevelop expertise on key digital themes in the Manufacturing and supply chain areas, such as Real-Time Process Optimization, development of digital apps, machine learning, AILead diagnostics and perform KaizensManage project portfolio and productivity trackingProjects financial benefit validationAct as key change agent in a Supply Chain transformation roadmapKey RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess :Bachelor degree (Engineering, Computer Science or Operations related)Ideally, over 15 years of supply chain and / or manufacturing and project management experienceExperience on leading implementation of Integrated Business Planning technologies (Preferably SAP IBP)Ability to lead and support strategic project implementation with at least 10 years of experience on managing Supply Chain projectsExcellent analytical and quantitative skills.Experience in working with large datasetsAbility to lead change and deliver resultsEffective communication skills across all levels of the organization.Fluent English.Demonstrated teamwork and networking skillsEffective time management skills and ability to work independently.IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.We value the diverse mosaic of the ethnicity, national origin, race, age, sex, or veteran status.We strive for inclusive workplace that allows each of our colleagues to bring their authentic self to work regardless of their religion, gender identity & expression, sexual orientation, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
