About SleekFlow Join SleekFlow, a thriving SaaS startup that is experiencing rapid growth globally thanks to the support of renowned investors like Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and Tiger Global.Our mission is to develop the next generation of Conversational AI, empowering customer interactions across all channels—from messaging to voice—and enhancing business workflows and processes.You will have the opportunity to thrive alongside the company through equity options.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and assume a larger role, we look forward to meeting youAt SleekFlow, we have developed an all-in-one Omnichannel Conversation AI Suite that drives conversions through conversations.Our platform seamlessly integrates with popular channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, and more, providing comprehensive communication solutions.With our AI customer engagement platform, enterprises can automate growth by enhancing productivity across their sales, marketing, and support teams.As we expand into the US market, we're on the lookout for adventurous, diverse, and passionate Brazilian talents to join us on this exciting journey.Become a part of our team and take your career to new heights with SleekFlowAssociate Level Location: São Paulo, Brazil Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred Language: Business-level fluency in English Responsibilities Contribute to the US market expansion, develop client relationships, and driving US sales growth Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales development Full sales cycle rep, actively managing the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closing Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow's software A Hunter mindset - the role would require you to be resourceful when coming up with your territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities and being able to generate enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts.Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers Demonstrating our product via video conferencing Stay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and eCommerce Qualifications Business-level fluency in English is a must (American accent preferred) & Portuguese, Spanish will be a plus Degree in Business or a related field (preferred with USA background) Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions High level of initiative and self-motivation.Attention to detail and strong communication skills Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks High level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues and pain points through effective questioning and listening Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred Strong customer references Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate.SleekFlow is a place where everyone can grow.So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
