OverviewAbout Us: At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies.We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals.While we're not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.About the Client: Our client is a U.S.-based thriving digital marketing agency helping home service contractors generate leads and achieve their business growth goals.About the Role: Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, ensuring maximum productivity and effectiveness in daily operations.This role requires diligence, professionalism, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO's schedule, priorities, and communications.Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests to protect the CEO's bandwidth.Organize, track, and manage the CEO's tasks and projects.Follow up on pending action items and ensure deadlines are met.Proactively take tasks off the CEO's plate wherever possible.Assist with the coordination of team projects and company initiatives.Draft correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in workflows.Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Maintain a high standard of excellence in all deliverables.Qualifications2 - 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting C-level executives).Strong understanding of digital marketing or agency environments.Excellent communicator in English — both written and verbal.Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).Familiarity with Go High Level and other marketing software is a plus.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.BenefitsSchedule: M-F, Business Hours, ESTSalary: $1,800.00 USD100 % Remote work environmentPTO PackageEligibility CriteriaThis position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as:Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.Resumes must be submitted in English.Applications that do not meet these criteria will be automatically rejected.#J-18808-Ljbffr
