Job Title: Operations AssociateWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our fast-paced teams as an Operations Associate.This role involves assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.Ensuring client records in HubSpot and other systems are accurate is also a key responsibility.The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Daily audits will be performed to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Key performance indicators will be tracked, and reports will be generated to provide data-driven insights.The Operations Associate will also create sales materials for client meetings and provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Independence and collaboration are essential skills for this role, which requires problem-solving and continuous improvement of processes.Qualified candidates should have experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager.Fluency in English, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are necessary qualifications.As a member of our team, you can expect 36 PTOs per year, 100% remote work, and opportunities for professional development.Our core hours are between 9:00 AM and 14:00 PM EST, with three flexible hours per day.
