**Job Description**:
Conduct Procurement and Contracting activities on behald of the client, aligned to contracting procurement management procedures.
Administrative-procurement activities such duties comprehend project ´s cost control, invoices payment monitoring and purchase requisitions control with procedures update.
Moreover, interface with suppliers to request for proposals, equalizations of offers and emissions of purchase orders.
**Routine details**:
- Manage a Medium complexity and Medium-touch Deepwater Contract portfolio.
- Develop, tender and negotiate contracts in line with the Business Demand Demonstrate HSSE behaviors in dealings with colleagues/contractors.
- Strategically manage Tail-end Spend by working in close coordination with Business Partners and CP colleagues.
- Maximize value from Tactical and Operational contracts and localize Framework Agreements and Category contracts.
- Liaise with Regional Trading House Procurement Managers to optimize spend through Trading Houses.
- Ensure continuity of supply through managing ad-hoc business requirements in accordance with Tail-spend Management principles Accountabilities.
- Engage with colleagues and stakeholders within CP Deepwater Delivery, Deepwater Business, Functions (e.g. Finance, HR) and collaborate across Organizational boundaries to deliver substantial value by: Creating a deeper business partnership within the scope of the role focused to deliver maximum business value.
- Developing and executing fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
- Utilizing market knowledge and business drivers to develop and execute fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
- Providing a strong commercial influence with optimizing demand and specifications.
- Supporting Manage the Tail initiatives and rationalize the number of Contracts/Suppliers.
- Sharing best practices and external market dynamics to deliver value Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline, simplify, standardize and improve performance - supporting Deepwater Delivery Team Lead as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years' work experience as a buyer;
- ** Experienced in ERP SAP, especially MM modules (Material Management);**:
- Proven work experience with sourcing process;
- Proven work experience with procurement (tender evaluation);
- Knowledge in purchasing process and fluent English;
- ** Skilled to implement digital solutions to manage and visualize data such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, Infogram, Google Data Studio, Datawrapper, MS Access, etc**
