Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead our client's SOC 2 compliance efforts, ensuring seamless integration with SaaS environments and utilizing compliance management platforms.The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining evidence collection, implementing continuous monitoring processes, and supporting security and compliance programs.This role requires a strong understanding of system design principles, coding fundamentals, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.You will work closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers in small, agile teams reporting directly to the CTO.Key Responsibilities:Lead SOC 2 Compliance Management initiativesUtilize Vanta Platform for efficient evidence collectionImplement Continuous Monitoring processes to ensure data integrityDevelop and maintain Policy Development documentsManage Vendor Risk and provide Audit SupportCollaborate across functions for effective Training and AwarenessProvide Reporting and Metrics insights to stakeholdersRequirements:Excellent English communication skills3+ years of experience in compliance or risk managementHands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platformsProven track record of successfully managing SOC 2 auditsStrong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud security, and data privacy principlesDesirable Qualifications:Relevant certificationsFamiliarity with Vanta's AI AgentExperience working with startups or enterprise organizationsExperience working with ERP systems or within the power utilities industry
