Description and Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our engagement with large enterprises in Brazil.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of complex enterprises.Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders and influencers.Provide insight to current trends and competitive challenges .Translate complex technical concepts into business terms that result in solution selling and pipeline.Make recommendations to capture share and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.Maintain deep technical expertise.Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and lead-gen activities.Manage pipeline , coordinate engagement on key opportunities, Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our technology portfolio (hardware, software and services) including Cloud Solutions, Storage and backup, HPC, AI, Collaboration, Data Bases and others.Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both our company and our clients.Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of proven success in account management or sales, ideally with experience with large enterprises.Previous sales or pre-sales experience interacting with technology partners or strategic customersDemonstrated experience working with cloud and/or virtualization infrastructure technologies directly, including integration APIs, hypervisor storage, and data protection APIs Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.Compliance Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to compliance standards.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and advanced English.Deep technical knowledge: The candidate must be able to identify, develop and propose complex solutions working with specialists of different technical domains, including hardware, software, and services.Political Acumen: Ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-levels.Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-directed, and focused on exceeding sales targets.Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM systems (D365, etc.) Existing network within with partners and large enterprises.Technical certifications relevant to our technology solutions What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to make a real impact in big companies A dynamic and collaborative team environment Professional development opportunities Additional Locations : * Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo * Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo * Brazil * Brazil - São Paulo * Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo , * Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo
