Business Intelligence SpecialistThis role involves extracting insights from large volumes of complex data to support informed business decisions.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources to obtain the required information.Data will be cleansed and transformed into a usable format, using Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports that meet stakeholder requirements.Presentation and feedback are key components of this role, as is the ability to deploy data and reports to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.Other responsibilities include conducting technical training, maintaining and documenting the operational environment, and processing SQL Server SPs and queries.Key Responsibilities:Developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and query data sources.Cleansing and transforming data for use in reporting.Presenting and gathering feedback on finished products.Maintaining and deploying data, reports, and dashboards.Conducting technical training and documentation.Requirements and QualificationsA minimum of 3 years' experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.Familiarity with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.An understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering commitments.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (desired).Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes) and/or experience creating tabular data models in SQL Server (desired).Advanced English language proficiency.
