We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to support our Central Operations team in their day-to-day tasks.
This role will be instrumental in driving growth and efficiency across our US Operations markets.Key Responsibilities:Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks for new units, ensuring timely execution and seamless integration.Analyze data to create detailed reports for leadership, providing insights into trends, patterns, and predictions.Standardize processes across markets to enhance timeliness and execution.Audit and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams.Manage utility and telecommunication setups for new units, including creating online portals and setting up payments.Cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs.Collaborate with operational team members to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.Communicate with third-party vendors to support OPS/CX operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree from a top-tier universityMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative roleFluency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefits:A dynamic work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentA competitive compensation package
