Software Engineering PositionAt our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to enhance and evolve our application's backend and user-facing layers.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about clean code, and is excited to explore the integration of AI tools into modern software development.You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product leaders to build scalable infrastructure, optimize data pipelines, and drive innovation using emerging technologies.Main Responsibilities:Create efficient, reusable, and reliable code across backend and full-stack systemsBuild and maintain robust APIs (GraphQL/OpenAPI) to support mobile and web applicationsExplore and integrate AI tools to accelerate product features and development workflowCollaborate on architecture decisions, scaling infrastructure, and ensuring security best practicesIdentify and eliminate performance bottlenecks, bugs, and inefficienciesContribute to mobile development support for native iOS and AndroidPartner with front-end and product teams to ship clean, AI-augmented features users loveParticipate in the entire development cycle from ideation to deploymentRequirements:5+ years of experience in backend API developmentStrong experience in full stack developmentProficiency with GraphQL, OpenAPI, and RESTful architecturesAdvanced knowledge of object-oriented programming, MVC, and ORM frameworksFamiliarity with AI APIs or tools or a strong interest in learningWorking knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architectureStrong experience in debugging, testing, and performance tuningComfort with code review, documentation, and collaborative engineering practicesBonus Points:Previous experience integrating AI/ML models into consumer-facing productsContributions to open-source projects or developer communitiesExperience with microservices architecture or serverless patternsFamiliarity with compliance frameworksAbout You:You believe code should be clean, readable, and purposefulYou're a curious builder who sees AI not as a threat but as a tool to amplify great engineeringYou love collaborating with product, design, and marketing to create impactYou thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiativeYou're eager to experiment, ship fast, and iterate even faster
