We also offer incentives for professional growth and certification achievements.If you are interested in joining us, we would love to talk to you.Key Responsibilities:Creating, articulating, and positioning an innovative and compelling value proposition for customer executives regarding the benefits and transformation value of migrating to AWS.Defining and executing technical migration and modernization strategies in collaboration with technical teams.Delivering modern architectures, including microservices and event-driven architectures, using managed services and cloud-native capabilities.Engaging with development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams at the customer to identify patterns and architectures for cloud migration.Identifying platform improvements and influencing future iterations of the AWS platform and the Migration Acceleration Program.Basic Qualifications:Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications or infrastructures.Several years of experience in technology domains like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, or data & analytics.Experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect, leading discovery, design, and construction of full-stack applications.Experience in architecting, designing, and migrating workloads to the cloud.Familiarity with migration discovery, profiling, automation, and operations tools.Undergraduate degree or 7+ years of relevant experience, or military experience in lieu of a degree.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with multi-tier distributed architecture in IT consulting, operations, or development, including migration, architecture, and cloud solutions.Knowledge of transforming legacy IT solutions and familiarity with software development tools and methodologies.Experience across enterprise IT areas like infrastructure, databases, networking, security, data center operations, cloud models, software design, serverless, microservices, and full-stack development.Proven experience leading data center or cloud migration projects.Understanding of large IT budgets, vendor management, and working with diverse teams to justify cloud migrations.Knowledge of various migration techniques like re-host, re-architect, re-platform, etc.
