Job Title: Cloud Engineering LeadOur organization is seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineering Lead to oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Lead migrations from traditional infrastructure to cloud-native environments.Design and implement scalable cloud architecture for large-scale applications.Develop and enforce best practices for DevOps engineering and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application delivery, load balancing, caching, and backend performance.Ensure observability and monitoring frameworks are in place for critical services.Optimize cloud spend through efficient resource utilization and cost management strategies.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools to streamline deployments.Contribute to Agile development cycles and ensure seamless collaboration with development teams.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure management.Expertise with cloud providers such as AWS and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of container orchestration and serverless technologies.Proficiency in IaC tools and automation frameworks.Solid grasp of observability, configuration management, and system monitoring.Experience with security response, compliance, and incident resolution.Knowledge of frontend delivery and backend management.Nice to Have:Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and governance.Understanding of application workloads, both frontend and backend.
