**Product Owner - Consumer Retention**
In this role you be responsible for maximizing product value by articulating and prioritizing the product features for a cross-functional delivery team to develop.
Also ensures the right product is built by the product team in the most efficient manner.
**Who you are**:
- ** 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing** programs across multiple platforms, specializing in Marketing Consumer Retention capabilities
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline or similars
- **3 years of experienci** e working with client-facing
- **3 years experience** with multiple functional areas such as CRM, e-commerce, experience management, etc. and practical experience with integrated execution.
- **Fluent Business English**
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Ad Studio, Salesforce Einstein features, Google Analytics, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Mulesoft
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Business Spanish or Portuguese
**What you do**:
- Works closely with Global Program Manager - Consumer Retention to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Actively plans and prioritizes the product feature backlog according to business value and clearly articulates priorities for the product team.
- Works closely with other IT Platform Product Managers (Experience Management, Consumer Services, Digital Shelf & Design Content Production) to define global product features according to the product vision, roadmap and strategy.
- Leads the planning of product releases and sets expectations for delivery of new features with stakeholders.
Collaborates with stakeholders regarding the correction of defects.
- Actively participates in Agile ceremonies to provide immediate answers and direction to the product team based on domain expertise
