Vaga híbrida (3 dias presenciais e 2 dias remotos por semana)Descrição:Construção do plano estratégico de 5 anos, budget anual e forecast mensal com as áreas envolvidas através de levantamento de dados, análises e input no sistema.Desenvolver análises de viabilidade para as áreas de Operações e de RH.Preparar os reportes mensais no nível país e região.Gerenciar o sistema de informações financeiras (como por exemplo: SAP/Tableau/BW/OneStream) assegurando uma governança efetiva dos relatórios utilizados e novas demandas.Analisar e monitorar os resultados realizados versus budget e forecast (Vendas, Custo, Despesas, Headcount e Capital de Giro).Desenvolver e comunicar modelos e análises financeiras para apoiar iniciativas estratégicas.Contribuir no desenvolvimento de apresentações de finanças, negócios e materiais de suporte relacionados.Requisitos:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis,.Ciências Econômicas ou equivalentes.Experiência em FP&A, processo orçamentário, forecasting, análise real x planejado e análise de viabilidade.Inglês avançado (para conversação)Conhecimentos em sistema ERP (SAP, Oracle ou Protheus), Power BI ou Tableau e Excel avançado.
